The first room we stayed in was terrible. The shower was very inconvenient. The rumor was very, very small. So we switch into a bedroom, and they charge a lot of extra money. The shower/tub area is very inconvenient to get into and is now very small. I would recommend it;n, however, the tops in io show ticket out. And just a cra shower, much more convenient to get in. Estadia agradável com pontos fortes na localização e limpeza. A organização do hotel merece destaque, com uma nota 9.0. A cama, em específico o colchão, foi um ponto de menor conforto para nós, por ser diferente do que estamos acostumados. O grande diferencial deste hotel é, sem dúvida, a sua localização estratégica. Ter o metrô tão próximo facilita muito a locomoção pela cidade. Além disso, a conveniência de supermercados, restaurantes e, principalmente, o Shopping Costanera a menos de 2 km, é um ponto altíssimo. Para quem gosta de vida noturna, bares e restaurantes a menos de 1,5 km também são um atrativo. O café da manhã recebeu nota 8.0. Embora a variedade pudesse ser um pouco maior, consideramos que atende bem às necessidades. Esta foi a nossa segunda vez em Santiago e novamente escolhemos este hotel, o que demonstra a nossa satisfação com a localização excelente que ele oferece.

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones son limpias y confortables, está cerca de varias estaciones de metro y de varios atractivos de la ciudad (entre ellos el costanera center). Su ubicación también ofrece seguridad y un paseo muy agradable
