「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. 「We had an amazing stay at Costa Sur! The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning works great which is super important in Puerto Vallarta. There are deals at the bar area for those who like alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is by order only no buffet. The kitchenette area is small but everything worked well. I do recommend taking swim shoes for the beach area there are a ton of small rocks. It’s not possible to play in the beach area...

「We had a great stay. Great resort, loved the location and food was great. Pools was the perfect temperature, and we had a great time with our 3 year old daughter. We had a room where the bathroom had a very strange chemical sticky smell. It was a busy time at the report, but the staff was great and helped to get us a new room. They were very nice and gave us a complimentary cabana. Would definitely go back for our next trip」

「Very romantic hotel we went to as a family but I didn't know that. The location was wonderful, resort was unique, clean, staff were helpful and kind and the food was really impressive and good. We only walked through the nearby town on our way to the shoreline hike so no comments on that. Hike is a challenge if you don't have good footwear but we made it to the first beach and took a boat back. Their pool area is stunning and the grounds are very well thought out with lots of privacy. 「Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. 」
