"Everything was beyond my expectations. The only issue was it’s not as close to everything as Expedia says it is. Because of traffic it’s an hour to the airport not 15 minutes no matter the time of day, even supposedly non rush hours. "

"We stayed at the South Tower. The hotel, staff, and room were extraordinary! The food and entertainment at every restaurant met all expectations (and we have a tough palate to please). We only spent time at the rooftop infinity pool because it was too amazing to switch up! The rooms have their own hot tub on the lanai, which was a wonderful surprise. The ONLY disappointing factor is the beach (lack there of). Do not go if you want a beautiful beach to relax on. It will disappoint - but the pool more than makes up for it. "

"We had an amazing stay at Costa Sur! The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning works great which is super important in Puerto Vallarta. There are deals at the bar area for those who like alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is by order only no buffet. The kitchenette area is small but everything worked well. I do recommend taking swim shoes for the beach area there are a ton of small rocks. It’s not possible to play in the beach area without them. The private beach is also pretty small. Overall we had a wonderful stay. "
