「We had an amazing stay at Costa Sur! The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning works great which is super important in Puerto Vallarta. There are deals at the bar area for those who like alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is by order only no buffet. The kitchenette area is small but everything worked well. I do recommend taking swim shoes for the beach area there are a ton of small rocks. It’s not possible to play in the beach area...

A large water dispenser was provided with water. The view from the room and long balcony was fabulous. The friendly macaw made my stay very special and memorable in a good way. 「We had a great stay. Great resort, loved the location and food was great. Pools was the perfect temperature, and we had a great time with our 3 year old daughter. We had a room where the bathroom had a very strange chemical sticky smell. It was a busy time at the report, but the staff was great and helped to get us a new room. They were very nice and gave us a complimentary cabana. Would definitely go back for our next trip」

「The view was amazing! Everyone we met was so nice and accommodating. The pool and bar area were lovely and the meals we had at the restaurant were good! There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that but Ubers we’re always available. 」
