「Rooms were nice and clean. But most of all the customer service was amazing. I had a problem with the heat and they immediately not only apologized but switched me to another room. This is a new hotel, if you are ever in town, I highly recommend. 」

「The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this...

「 We only stayed two nights never expected housekeeping the our first morning, we came back our bed was made trash emptied. I felt bad as we had suit cases on the bed and other stuff bed was made and all our junk placed back on the bed. All the staff are very courteous. We always come back to hotel BO Ll」

「Really enjoyed the full kitchen. I work nights and had a really erratic sleep schedule before arriving…my room had zero windows and I slept for 12 hrs the first night. Staff was friendly, parking abundant. Loved the little bar off the lobby and the restaurant across the street had an oyster happy hour. Great experience overall 」
