"The pool was closed which was very Disappointing… was the primary reason we booked the hotel. Rooms aren’t great. Breakfast very average but the staff was kind and helpful "

The room was very nice but dont think i want to be next to the elevator again...very noisy,like a bomb going off,when in use but great room. Loved the balcony the lil river was my favorite. The room ws set up nice had a coffee pot so i was happy. The housekeper was spot on in keeping the room cleaned. She was super nice to. The young man at check out was good. I would stay again. We were there Saturday 21st to Wednesday the 25th 2026. Keep u the great work. "

"There was a hidden charge of $18 per night for parking. If only I was informed about parking charge I don't mind paying it but I only came to know about it through my credit card statement and calling them to find out what was this for. I expect more transparency in parking charge."

"While the one bunk bed was on the floor the kid's loved having them. Calling it an indoor "water park" was a bit of a stretch but the kids enjoyed their time. Only thing i would change is the slides outdoor opened later with the pool and lazy river."
