「The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!」

「The Kickback appetizers at night were delicious and enough food that it served as our dinner. Breakfast was also very good and a good selection of items. Everything was clean and the room and bed were comfortable.」

「If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise.」

「The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.」

「We stayed on the 10th floor. Everything was excellent except the noise level from the streets below. No fault of the hotel or staff themselves but quite noisy. Of course it also was a holiday weekend. The staff was awesome and clean rooms with tidying up daily. Everyone was always friendly. The valets were always friendly but when we picked up our vehicle the last day, it was evident that the controls were messed with in the vehicle and that was not necessary. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean and well kept, and the daily breakfast was outstanding. The best hotel biscuits and gravy we’ve ever had! I would definitely stay here again when in the area.」

「This was an ok place to stay but it is right beside a major interstate so the noise is constant. The shower was dirty and there was hair on the pillow case. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. Especially the guy who checked us in. Breakfast was good and the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.」
