The arrival experience was pleasant, quick, and informative. The room was clean and had several of the appliances that would make the stay enjoyable. The staff was very helpful in providing towels and making sure that we had all that we needed. Breakfast was good as a variety of breakfast items was provided. The lady in charge of that area was very helpful by way of asking if there was anything that she could do to make sure that our tastes were satisfied.

I like the fact that the hotel was right off the highway. I didn't like that the icemaker was on
the ground level.

Our stay was great. We only stayed 1 night in the king room with an indoor balcony and jacuzzi. The room was great, no complaints. It was large, clean, and the balcony overlooking the pool was unique. Bed was comfy and the morning breakfast was good. The guy checking us in was extremely friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

I was not expecting the Ritz so I was not disapointed with what I got. For the money you spend ... this was a great deal. Clean comfortable room and a great breakfast as well. My opinion is that anyone writing a bad review on this hotel had high expectations for a very low rate, I couldn't have been happier.

Nice, quiet and close to everything! We stayed a week and had a great time in the area. The room was perfect for a home base as we were gone till late every night. Comfortable room.

An amazing hotel. Great aesthetic and ambiance. Rooms were tidy and seems brand new. Bathrooms are always the first thing I look at when booking hotels and these were top class. I come to Indy 1-2 times a month for work and am always disappointed when they are booked up.
10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone when visiting Indy.
