「The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it.
