"When I went my room I found a bug in my bed, stains on the sheets, and hairs in the shower. I asked to be moved. They moved me to a different room. There were still stains on the sheets and hairs in the shower that were not mine due to me not using it yet. I wanted to get a refund but saw reviews on here that said they would not refund you if you booked through a third party which I did. This place is so gross, I bought shower shoes to feel comfortable showering. Skip it at all costs. Spend a little more to feel comfortable. They also now charge $5 a night for parking, which they did not charge me due to my poor experience. Pro was the room was quiet and the AC worked well. "

"The hotel is very nice, I just had a bad time with the cleck in the front desk. I prepaid my resevation with hotels.com. When I arrvied they charged my in full. After I realized I was being charged again they said that the "expedia" card did not go tru. That if I wanted a refund I have to call them. This is not the first time that the Hotels.com credit card does not go tru, but in other hotels they fix the problem, normaly in less than 24 hours. I did not like the attitude. I had to call hotels.com and ask them to help. Then I had to go the front desk and ask them to pickup the phone because the "help desk" could not reach them. I like the hotel but this kind of people that is not in is best day, makes you regret your decision, and for sure avoid comming back."
