"Only stayed one night, AC unit in the room didnt work, beds were poorly made, holes in the sheets."

"The room was gorgeous! Amazingly clean. The newly remodeled rooms have lighting above the headboards. We could not figure out how to turn them off. I called the front desk twice. The first time, I was told it was the middle button for the bedside lamps. 2nd call, "it is the middle button, just look for it, it is not easy to see. You'll find it." The button was actually behind the phone. Someone may want to inform the night desk person."
