"The food(continental breakfast)was fresh and hot everyday. The staff was very professional and polite, especially the lady in charge of the kitchen and Martha the hotel manager. The area where the hotel is located at is very convenient, you have access to restaurants, businesses and commercial centers near by. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Paso, Texas. "

"Clean had what we need "

"La ubicación está excelente, todo lo demás está horrible. El desayuno con muy poca variedad y el lugar del mismo es super pequeño y nunca había donde sentarse. La alberca estaba abierta, pero no servía su regulador de temperatura por lo que estaba helada. En el baño, siempre se hacía un desastre al bañarse ya que se tiraba toda el agua. En conclusión, no volvería."

"Breakfast was good, although many items were gone by the time we got there. The room was average, the beds small and uncomfortable. The hot tub was not warm definitely not hot and the pool had murky water. Front desk attendant was friendly. The property definitely needs cleaning. Lobby, hallways were dirty with debris, carpets stained and unraveling in places. Will not be returning."
