"Customer service people in the front were amazing, my room was great.Only problem was I found hair in the shower and poop.Smeared on the wall. The cleaning ladies started knocking on my door at 10am asked them for more time came back fifteen minutes later knocked again.So we just rushed to leave to check out, But check out was at 11. The pool was beautiful, but dang was a COLD. but overall it was great."

"Rooms where half done. Tile grout in shower was done halfway and not done correctly. Numbers sequence was off, all over the place going from 178 to 198 and back to 180. Had me going around property several times around the whole property to find the right room. Room doors where damage and broken in this hotel was a disgrace and a big problem"

"There was pet hair left on the floors. No cleanliness, the beds had black specs on it, don’t know what from. One room the lights flicker and turn off at times. The bathroom seemed to be cleaned. Hair was left in the tub, and on the counters. Pubic hairs left on the toilet seat. Chairs are stained and it was damp when we checked into the room. Dog toys left under the bed. Missing chairs and lamp for desk in one room. Fire alarm was hanging off in one room. The pool and the pictures online do not look anything like the hotel. Rented three rooms to not be given a refund from this hotel but provided a 50$ after spending nearly 1000$ on the rooms. This is a place that glams up their online pictures, basic catfish is a Motel Vibe"

"The suite we got was just about in great condition. The only things that bothered me I could tell the bedding had not been changed as there were fecal stains on the blanket that i unfortunately did not notice until i pulled off the sheets the next day to make sure they were replaced for the next guest. Luckily the stains were on the side that I was not laying in. Breakfast was over by the time my family and I arrived. That was my mistake as I was used to breakfast hours from other hotels. The website does advertise two pools but I’m not sure if one was out of order or I just was not able to access. The hot tub at the main pool by the office was also out of order. The furniture by the pool needs to be cleaned it was very uncomfortable sitting on them as the filth was visible. The staff was great very polite. My kids really enjoyed the stay so much they wanted to move in. It was just minor details that can be fixed. "
