「Our stay was ok. Our room was not the cleanest. We moved the ottoman to put our feet up, and underneath was broken up cookies, dirt and lots of crumbs. Assuming they vacuumed around it. There was also food on the counter in the kitchen area. The front desk staff really wasn't helpful. I asked about restaurants nearby. She didn't know. I asked where nearest grocery store was, she said I could Google it. Please note to bring your own cleaning supplies. They only will give you pods to go in...

「The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.」

「Ok. So first off. This place is a dump! Got our room, the a/c didn't work ( they put a diffrent one in.), and the floor to the shower had been patched terribly. Beds were just single old type coil spring mattress. No box spring, looked like they were made with random people's bedding. Nothing matching. Went to the pool.... uh no! Bunch of just floating and dirty. O and the TV didn't have a cord, they game me one. But I had to install it....Also decided I wanted to take a shower in the Janky...
