「The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.」

「飯店住宿整體感覺都不錯，但是唯獨早餐服務感覺不太好，飯店免費供應早餐到九點，但其實在8:30的時候已經沒有鬆餅漿與燕麥粥，但仍然有非常多的住客來用餐，問服務人員結果他們說他們不會再補缺少的食物了！在美國旅行多年，住過不同的旅館但這是第一次看到有如此服務的飯店。所以晚來用餐的客人只能自認倒霉了～」
