No había agua caliente. La recepción decía que iba a mandar a alguien a checarlo y nunca llegó nadie. Nos bañamos con agua fría. La secadora no funcionaba. Decía que incluía desayuno continental con un horario de 6-9am. Llegamos a las 8:05, lo único que había era masa para waffles. Todas las sillas del comedor estaban subidas a las mesas. Las chicas de la recepción no parecían capacitadas como no sabían nada. El edificio está muy viejo. El ascensor daba miedo. No hay teléfono para llamar a la recepción. Cualquier cosa uno tiene que ir en persona a la recepción. No volveremos.

We paid for 2 nights and only stayed for 1 due to the fact that it was a very unsafe place to stay. People running and screaming throughout the night. Police sirens in the parking lot. Bolt on the door didn't work. Not clean at all.

This place is horrible….i booked 2 rooms , went up to rooms they where horrible i came back down and ask for refund because to dirty ugly …. Alot of drug activity going on … they did not give me refund so we end up going to the best western by the airport… mind you the pictures on expedia are nothing like the actual room or the property… pool is green , rooms are dirty and very sketchy palce to stay there with family…. I have never been more terrified to stau in a motel in my life... first i was given keys to an occupied room .. then the next room they key would not work... finally got into a room... the door was not secure it had daylight showing around all side the bar bolt lock was busted off so i could not secure my room... the tv screen was shattered... about 130am yelling and screaming outside.... 245 yelling and dods barking.... when i checked out i was told the night clerk abandoned his shift and left the motel un attended ...i would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

El hotel estaba sucio, en la habitación no había toallas (las pedimos en recepción y nos pidieron enviar foto como evidencia). La cortina del baño estaba maltratada y rota, además era permeable, se mojó el piso del baño. Las habitaciones dan al exterior y se escuchaba todo, el paso de los traileros, las ambulancias (hay un espacio para traileros cerca y un hospital también). También se escuchaba cuando pasaban otras personas a sus habitacione. El colmo fue cuando llegaron unos jóvenes a su habitación (estaban arriba de nuestra habitación) y se escuchaba TODO. Que estaban diciendo majaderías, jugando luchas, vomitando y quejándose entre ellos. Eran las 3am y no había podido dormir! Después alguien fue y reclamó a los jóvenes, discutieron y pues, los jóvenes siguieron igual. A las 5am mi familia y yo nos preparamos para irnos. Pedí mi factura y me recordaron el desayuno incluido. El área estaba sin personal, medio oscura y solo tenían: café, cereal, y para hacer waffles. No más. Todo lo comenté con el personal. Ojalá resuelvan, pero en tanto, no lo recomiendo para nadie. Mi familia y yo no pudimos dormir en absoluto, en cuanto pudimos nos fuimos. Muy mala experiencia. No se queden en este hotel.

Worse hotel ever, they didn’t even have towels in the room, when I asked at the front desk, lady said-I have only one towel, there were two guests in the room, room wasn’t clean, hairs in the shower . Never stay again in this place

The first one I stayed in was missing a bult lock and the smoke detector was missing w wires coming out .. then I moved rooms to a whole other one w the same issue. It was 2am I was to tired to get another room or complain.. the second room light glitched wasn't cleaned right was missing things inside like toilet paper all half way used. Complete nightmare didn't even sleep well at all

To start at check in staff didn’t bother to let me know what time breakfast happens. The property is falling apart. It’s very dirty. I stayed 3 nights only because I was going to a family emergency and didn’t have the mental capacity to move to a different hotel. The room was dirty, we found a big water bug. Hard to get warm water in the shower. Cigarette burns in the toilet and shower despite it being a smoke free room. The pool is green. Parking close to the front was difficult at night. Due to the terrible condition of the hotel we didn’t even bother to go down to the breakfast. The room floor was slanted and the AC didn’t really cool. Overall the worst property I have ever stayed in.
