"The guy that checked us in was very nice. Our shuttle driver Kevin was AMAZING. The breakfast was not as hot. The shower was not alot of pressure and it took about4 minutes to get hot water. The cleaning products they used were very very strong. Rooms were clean."

"The front entrance was broken and you had to go through the back door which was not secured. It allowed anyone to walk in if they wanted to and the front desk faced the opposite way so the rooms were easily accessible if someone wanted to approach them. The entire hotel smelled of weed and as a woman who was traveling alone and also expecting, and just needed to stay overnight due to a flight issue I did not appreciate all of my belongings smelling when I departed. I had to call the hotel 9 times to get ahold of someone when my airplane arrived and waited 45 minutes before it came. My room had to be switched due to doors not locking/keys not working and still the new room’s deadbolt was not secure at all. I ended up cancelling my second night there because of the safety concerns and just overall surroundings and rebooked somewhere else."
