「When we arrived we learned the pool was closed and had been for a few weeks. We specifically booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool at night with two kids, they were really excited. If we would have known before arrival, we would have booked somewhere else. The staff were really friendly and kind.」

「Hotel is under remodel everything is in bad shape. Smell among hallways paint chipped old door knobs. Doors have broken security latches. Front desk staff was new and kept apologizing on wait time check in. Avoid this at all costs」

「Breakfast was very limited no fresh fruit, toaster didn't work for bagels. Pool was dirty and hot tub didnt work. They were doing construction on the building who woke us up at 7am each morning we were there. Would definitely never go back to this hotel.」

「Best part is price and comfortable bed. Remote control didn’t work until we went to the office. Desk clerk was very nice. The bathroom sink barely had water to brush our teeth. No working ice machine anywhere on the premises. Had to go to a gas station for ice.」

「Had to come back after I first arrived. Manager was away, no one there to check me in. Had an awful rotten stench in the hallway. Paint peeling off the bedroom walls. One set of towels in the room. Had to ask for a second set.」

「No coffee makers in the room. No waffles or breakfast. The sidewalk outside had spalled and been poorly repaired. Old style tub with a curtain. Not the quality I expect from Holiday Inn.」
