「The hotel is undergoing a renovation which we did not know about. There was dumpsters and containers all over the front entrance, boxes, carpet, flooring stacked in the dining room and lobby, Sheetrock debris all over the elevator and piles of old lamps and doors in the hall. The pool was closed. The exercise equipment was so old and making noises it shouldn’t. The beds are incredibly firm. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.」

「Great place to stay if you’re going to a Canes game」

「The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.」

「Free coffee is great. Check in was pain/free and fast. Room wasn’t cleaned clean and AC kept us cool. Elevators were fine and plenty of ice. Pool no longer exists…were informed it had been filled in. Asked about dinner options but front desk didn’t have many suggestions. Recommend they have a list to share. 「Room wasn’t ready at check in (arrived at 3:30 pm) and couldn’t be switched due to booking through Expedia. We had an event that night I was needing to get ready for so the additional wait time was stressful. The window in our room did not work so I could not lower or raise the blinds, which limited the natural light in the room.
