This place seems to have deferred maintenance issues. The toilet would not flush upon the first use. Janitor got called in and said the toilet was ok that I just have to manipulate a part inside the tank in order for it to work. They would not fix it any other way or offer to change rooms. Ice machine on second floor was out of order. One of the treadmills in the gym was out of order.

We had 3 rooms booked. When we asked why we didn't get our rooms cleaned, we were told we had to request it! Wth! We were traveling with a toddler and had diapers smelling in the 90-100 degree temperatures! Staff were not friendly at all! Continental breakfast was very limited (one day no protein). No access to juice throughout the day. Pool furniture is rusty and the cushions are all torn. Concrete around pool handle to steps is all broken. Shower door (one room didn't have a shower door) barely opens. Drain covers missing. Tap loose! Had to request clean bedding, as there was blood on the sheet and duvet and right at our face! We had to change the bedding ourselves! I never do reviews, but felt I needed to warn people. Not worth the price! If I hadn't paid up front, we would have gone somewhere else after 1 night!

The walls must be very thin as the phone of the person in the next room woke us up. Also could hear their tv in the evening. Our tv was not working but the person on the front desk was very helpful and fixed the problem. Found a long hair under the pillow on the bed, but the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. All of the staff were very friendly.
