When we arrived we were greeted by a smiling face and friendly. Stacey was very efficient and informative. Once we checked in, our cover was ripped, dirty towels in the closet draw. No security downstairs when we arrived late. Location is great.

well the first time i checked in the key to the door was working correctly. The second time i was given a room that lights were not working so i was given a second room and the fridge had a can of beer in it that exploded along with food left. cleaning is a priority for me as well as my wife and we were not happy about that. Staff was fine.

We had a terrible stay because the hotel was under total renovation and water was cut off from 1-5pm. The hotel should not have remained open during this intensive renovation and the value for money was terrible.
