Has the look of an old style hotel but clean and comfortable with good eifi and information in the rooms. Good value for money."

"Woke up COVERED in bed bug bites. Staff did not seem alarmed or interested in helping. " They will have a team come inspect the room and let us know what they find" Insane lack of accountability. We were offered Marriott points for our inconvenience."

"We love the location for Canes games & short drive to downtown. Property is a little dated, but super clean & well-appointed. Special shout outs to Donovan (front desk) & Nancy (in-house bartender) for going above & beyond, though the entire staff was friendly & attentive. We had a minor issue with a towel rack, but we alerted Donovan & had no other problems. We just missed the pool opening for the season - we were told it was awaiting inspection, which I have no doubt would pass, as it was sparkling & clear. Comfy beds, hearty breakfast offering, and a good price combine with great service. We will absolutely be back!"
