I have been going to this hotel since the day it opened. It has always been a great experience. Except this time. 10:30 pm at night, kids (ages 13 to 8 years old) running back & forth to rooms next to my room. Screaming, laughing, banging doors. Running down the hallways. Where were the parents???? 10:40, I opened my door and asked politely if they could please keep it down. Once I shut the door it started back up. I called the front desk, as I believe other rooms nearby did as well. They wouldn’t move us. They said they would take care of it. If not by 11:00, then they would move us. 11:02, it stopped. I REALLY appreciate the hotel taking care of this quickly. My gripe isn’t with the hotel, it’s with those kids parents. You’re in a hotel, not a beach house. Not an AirBnB. Not at home. Everyone who paid to stay, has to respect everyone. Sadly, this world we live in has less and less respect for others KUDOS to Hampton Inn for making the situation right!!!! 😊
