「Staff was rude, all electronic breakfast items shut down for repair meaning no pancakes no yogurt」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「I loved the pool and kick off & Breakfast, wish the pool was open later or earlier and the same with the kick off would like it earlier for a snack then give you more time to enjoy the mixed drinks a little longer but it is a nice touch」

「Clean. Friendly staff. Adequate gym equipment. Would stay here again.」

「人員親切，早餐有燕麥水果等都好吃，有鬆餅機可以自己做，牙刷牙膏刮鬍刀都可以跟櫃檯要，房間棉被枕頭床都很舒服，非常推薦!」

「Great staff」
