「Have been going to the Flamingo before it was purchased by Hilton. Hilton did a nice job on the rebuild after hurricane Irma. Room was clean except floor always had sand on it. Staff did bare minimum on checkin, checkout. They did not share much information unless asked. On check out they stated we had an outstanding charge from the restaurant. 「Some of the staff were nice others were rude dismissive and didn’t seem like they had any time for questions. Breakfast buffet was OK. I definitely wouldn’t pay for the all-inclusive here. Rooms are extremely out of date, came with family and we wanted to stream on the TV from our phone. Only one room has a smart TV, which is odd because I would assume every room has the same type of TV.
