Wait till the remodel is done. Food is very good for an all inclusive. We asked for extra pillows because the pillow we had were very flat and were told that we could not have more unless it was a medical condition. Beach service is very poor. The drink are made great. At meals the service was very poor to great not consistent. This resort has great potential when the remodel is done and with better services

The proeprty is very beautiful. It is still being refurbished so yes there is construction but it did not negatively impact our stay. The pool was great, the views were amazing. The shore snorkeling was excellent.

An excellent stay. Food was superb. Staff is wonderful. There is some construction going on but that's because they are improving the property. That work has to get done sometime so we dealt with it. It did not detract from a wonderful week.

Booked a grand suite ocean view room. It had only 2 outlets in the entire room across from the bed to power coffee pot and tv. My husband uses a cpap machine. No side table lamp to unplug like in photos. Nothing! We moved the bed 1st night so he could breathe. Then we switched to only room available- a deluxe room garden view. It was newly remodeled, lovely and alot smaller with European type C outlets. A friend loaned us converters. Vacation back on track, however no apology for the inconvenience and we have not received a refunded for 8 out of 9 nights in the downgraded room. Extremely disappointed about that. Food is lovely and we enjoy the rest of the property.

The property is great. We had the newly constructed room and it was fabulous. The pool is great temperature and very clean. Definitely take the beach shoes. Buffet is amazing. The place is very quiet, no night life at all, everybody disappears after dinner. Very family oriented. Majority of the guests are from Holland.

Had an ocean view, but the room was outdated and needs updating. The pillows were old and worn out. They use half bedding on the king beds which I had never seen before. Power was out for most of my last day there, no a/c or Wi-Fi. Some of the staff were pleasant and outgoing, while some looked like they were not happy with their job. Great snorkeling at 18th Palm.

The room we stayed in was pretty new and modern, however, the seven nights we stayed we asked for the room to be clean two times and both times the cleaning was not done properly,in the balcony was not even touched. Our coffee. Mugs were left there in the sand on the floor was not look like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Our kids were walking up by the construction sound every morning around 7:30 AM The staff was friendly, but not well informed. From the first day, we arrived and being exhausted for our trip we were told that we are not allowed to use and instead of Make us feel welcome an offer us water or something.

Staff was nice. Food options were the same boring buffet over and over. The electrical outlets were not like the us. Had to buy an adaptor to charge our phones. No dish towels. No face towels. Did not have beach towels ready. No towels in the workout room. Had to get a separate key to go to the gym. Would like to not have to wait at the front desk for a key each time we used the gym. We just weren’t impressed and will not be returning.

There was not enough staff to accommodate the guests. Food was flavorful but no variety at all.Every the food was pretty much the same. Food often was gone, finished and we are talking early into the opening of the buffet. Many days there were people with a one day pass and often were rude and made it so the hotel guests had no chairs at the beach or pool and made the service for drinks and food even worse. I have been to this resort multiple times. But definitely won’t be back. Worsted experience out of all my visits. The other big issue is that most of the staff did not speak English . Very hard to communicate.

I loved everything about this resort. Stayed 4 days during Christmas I got a brand new room , Gorgeous The food was not diverse but very good quality and tasty The stuff is great. Free snorkeling is a bonus. Definitely coming back.

The room was quaint however the entire 5 days there was no warm or hot water so it was challenging to take a shower after the beach and swimming pool. The staff was nice although activities were not really communicated to know what was available. There was confusion around check out, payment, and luggage pickup. All of which is documented within their system yet confusion during checkout and departure.

The location is between airport and cruise terminal- perfect! Taxi ride from airport without any prior reservations only $15. It would be nice if resort would provide “free shuttle “ since it is like 10 minutes drive.. The guest dest stuff was great and very helpful! We stayed in older section of the resort, but it was the perfect location! Next to the pool, restaurant and beach! Room was a bit outdated, but seems like the resort is already did renovations for the rest of the property, and only few buildings left, so maybe next time, it would be very modern! The best thing is the room was a close dry rack! For Dive resort- it is amazing little item that makes entire stay more enjoyable!!!! I hope after the renovation, the property still provides that in the new rooms( and they look so nice and modern) The Dive shop is amazing!!! Everything logically and strategically located! Thank you Dive team! Noah, Steve, Reome( I probably botched his name- Sorry!!) Meara and Lau are very helpful no matter what time of the day it is!!! The food was amazing and the stuff was very helpful! I was surprised that restaurant opened to everyone- with wristband at the front desk, but all inclusive was well worth for us.. at the time we stayed, price for the breakfast was around $24, lunch $48-50, and dinner approximately $85 The only our disappointment was that not the front dest ( in lost-found bin) or even ther gift store- did not sell “ travel essential” we had to walk to town..
