This resort is Stunning and the diverse staff is AMAZING! The food was better than many all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at it the past. We did our Scuba certification here as well and our Instructor Steve was the Best! The house is simply BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Plaza for an amazing vacation!

The proeprty is very beautiful. It is still being refurbished so yes there is construction but it did not negatively impact our stay. The pool was great, the views were amazing. The shore snorkeling was excellent.

An excellent stay. Food was superb. Staff is wonderful. There is some construction going on but that's because they are improving the property. That work has to get done sometime so we dealt with it. It did not detract from a wonderful week.

We loved our stay!! The food was great! The staff were always friendly. Our air went out in our room and they changed us to a different room it was not as nice as ours. We requested to move back when fixed. It was fixed the next day and we were back in the same great room! We stayed poolside 2nd floor. The view was as good as ocean view! We also were able to use snorkel gear when our mask broke! Highly recommend this facility!

The property is great. We had the newly constructed room and it was fabulous. The pool is great temperature and very clean. Definitely take the beach shoes. Buffet is amazing. The place is very quiet, no night life at all, everybody disappears after dinner. Very family oriented. Majority of the guests are from Holland.

Wait till the remodel is done. Food is very good for an all inclusive. We asked for extra pillows because the pillow we had were very flat and were told that we could not have more unless it was a medical condition. Beach service is very poor. The drink are made great. At meals the service was very poor to great not consistent. This resort has great potential when the remodel is done and with better services

Had an ocean view, but the room was outdated and needs updating. The pillows were old and worn out. They use half bedding on the king beds which I had never seen before. Power was out for most of my last day there, no a/c or Wi-Fi. Some of the staff were pleasant and outgoing, while some looked like they were not happy with their job. Great snorkeling at 18th Palm.

The room we stayed in was pretty new and modern, however, the seven nights we stayed we asked for the room to be clean two times and both times the cleaning was not done properly,in the balcony was not even touched. Our coffee. Mugs were left there in the sand on the floor was not look like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Our kids were walking up by the construction sound every morning around 7:30 AM The staff was friendly, but not well informed. From the first day, we arrived and being exhausted for our trip we were told that we are not allowed to use and instead of Make us feel welcome an offer us water or something.

We had a wonderful vacation! The property was beautiful and our apartment was lovely. The dining room was so nice and the food delicious. We never used the pool, but the beachside chairs were lovely. We loved snorkeling, but getting into the ocean water was a challenge. The last day we used the stairs used by the scuba divers, so much easier, and safer for “seniors”!

Place is in renovation since last year … there is construction everywhere. Very dirty yard. Rooms are clean, front desk staff was arrogant, one of the girls ask me to dress up in the lobby, while I left the pool to request a new key because my was not working.. this is a Caribbean Island and the pool is right by the lobby . Her attitude was unacceptable. Buffet is simple , restaurant staff are great !

We had a truly wonderful time at the Plaza. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the hotel grounds were—the pools were sparkling and inviting, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere that made every meal feel special. There was some construction happening during our stay, but it was managed very well and never disrupted our relaxation or enjoyment. The food was consistently good, and even though the property has only one restaurant, the menu offered enough variety to keep every meal interesting. We were pleasantly surprised by the different options available each day. Overall, our stay was incredibly relaxing. We felt well taken care of, enjoyed the peaceful environment, and left feeling refreshed. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Room was clean, it had ample space and our view was good. We stayed in the 2-room rooms. This wasn’t a bother but not having a method to contact the front desk is very odd being so far away. Maybe consider having a small service desk for this area. Also, our elevator didn’t work, but we didn’t need it. Restaurant food was good. Bar drinks were good. Pool can get busy during the day. It would be nice to have a pool table for teenagers to handout at. I would have like to look out over the upper balcony area, maybe that can be an open bar / hangout when not in use. Workers were all very nice and easy to work with. We will recommend this hotel to others.
