「hotel is renovated beautifully, only breakfast place should open on time, almost half hour later is too late, better change the hours on the door... one person at the frontdesk , a girl, is not that friendly, at the frontdesk you expect a better attitude towards guests. Hotel is situated on a perfect place!」

Our very first interaction with front desk staff member was poor. I’m assuming she had a frustrating day but she certainly took it out on us.
