J’ai aimé la propeté de la chambre. Je trouve qu’il faudrait juste ajouté un micro-ondes pour pouvoir chauffer sa nourriture… le personnel était gentil mais pas très souriante, ce qui pour moi me donnait un sentiment de mal aisé…

The location was perfect. The beach amenities were perfect. (They did not warn us about the $3 per day beach towel charge, it would have been nice to have known that up front.) Our room was clean, but it desperately needed a paint refresh. We had no chair for the first few days of our trip and there was no table lamp. The safe didn’t work, so we needed a key to use our safe. We started day one with hand towels, but that was it. We never saw another hand towel again. Would I book again? I would. The outdoor staff were very nice and you can’t beat the location on the Boardwalk. There is a delightful cheese shop at the end of Front Street and because we had an in room fridge, we were able to have charcuterie for lunch each day. Your best bet for breakfast is their cafe next door. The breakfast bar was delicious. I highly recommend the pancakes. Try the Johnny cakes! Overall it was a lovely vacation.

The room was in poor condition, with old and dirty furnishings. Floor tiles were filthy, and bathroom tissue holder was broken. It was extremely noisy inside the room. The exterior of the hotel was not very representative of the interior. This is not a place that I would return to or recommend.

We found the hotel while on a cruise and with the pool right out front on the beach we decided we would like to come back sometime and stay a week.We booked the room on beach side with a large deck overlooking the beach with a kitchen. We just loved it! It was perfect and while we never did use the kitchen, only to make coffee every morning, the restaurants were excellent! Very relaxing week!

We both paid the same amount but my friend has the ocean view and a much better furnished room. The toilet in my room is way to small like kid's size toilet...very inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. These toilets should be "adults" size elongated toilets. The TV in the room is small like 24" screen. I cannot get hot water from the shower at all. The front desk staff needs training in better customer service and sevice with a smile.... instead of saying no when asked for a extra pillow. The WiFi should be integrated at poolside...Also, charging $22.00 USD for a hamburger at poolside bar is too expensive and no Happy Hour was offered. Front desk should accommodate guest and offer luggage handling assistance to guest with problems climbing the stairs since there's no elevator in this 3 floors building...Lugging heavy luggages up and down a tall flight of stairs is dangerous and a major problem from the street level where you get dropped off by taxi.

Terrible service at the bar. Tall girl that works at the bar is very aggressive and disrespectful. Treating hotel guests as minority, giving orders to clean tables and trash, never seen such behavior. Same girl let locals come inside, smoke pot and cigars but always disrespectful to hotel guests. I will suggest owners to check video recordings and resolve the issue ASAP, otherwise hotel will be losing more clients going forward. We will never return to the hotel again. It’s very sad how one person can turn vacation into a nightmare. I will let know to all my friends to stay in other places. P.S: if owner or manager wants to know who I am talking about - I can share a picture.

1)Booked for 4 persons - room was prepared for 3 for the entire stay . 2) No hand bands to show who is or aren’t guests at the hotel 3) No phones in the rooms = no room service = “ Bed only made” cleaning . 4) No water for guest in room at arrival ; plus no microwave - THAT SUCKED 5) You have to pay to enter an event held on the property that you’re staying lol - totally dumb to me if you’d ask 6) Don’t alert people when they’re closing the water when they’re working on the pipes or whateva .. 7)Empty porch , so I guess stand and watch the streets 8)Did not enjoy the drinks , watered down .. they actually looked confused running the bar 9)Disliked the location of the outlets in the room The only good thing about this place is the location , sorry .

The room was not what was displayed which is not good. The beds were horrible my television didn’t work the first three days I was there. They didn’t offer their guests anything, only two of the staff were friendly and gave excellent customer service. Barley had hot water with horrible shower pressure oh and the room were smaller than a closet. It was noisy ass hell and had a horrible odor
