「Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.」

「1 hour prior to arriving, continuing a 8 plus hour drive from Florida, I had inadvertently ran into several reviews from other sites stating that the facility has had issues with bugs and rodents along with pictures of their findings. I had not looked at other sites reviews for this facility prior to booking. I’ve learned my lesson. I contacted Sparks hotel requesting to cancel reservation and they said they would not refund.
