「Parking is limited but that's okay because the location of this hotel is so great. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. This hotel is our top choice every year for our annual Chattanooga trip.」

「The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are large. The only drawback is that the only coffee available is from Starbucks, which has subpar coffee. There is a great coffee shop a block down from the hotel called Sleepyhead Coffee. I would suggest people go there instead. 」

「This is my second year in a row staying at this beautiful, historic hotel. I love the area and easy walk to many local restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant, Elsie's Daughter is so original. Like no hotel restaurant I've ever experienced. Look forward to seeing the Choo Choo again in 2027!!!」

「Beautiful hotel inside and out, nice bar with live music, easy walking distance to some local attractions, the staff was excellent. Our room was on the highway side, so there was road noise, but that's to be expected. Would give 5 stars, but the sheets were a little too slippery. Ifykyk 」

「The room and staff were amazing. Only complaints are lack of storage, no pan for cooking in the kitchen, and the water ran cold rather quickly. Other than those few minor inconveniences, our stay was perfect!」

「Amazing location, so close to foods, drinks, & things to do. You have to pay for parking, but it was worth it. We left our car in the ramp and walked to so many different locations. Room was very clean and spacious. Everyone we ran into was so nice and friendly. Front desk especially. I felt welcomed every time I entered. I would 100% stay again.」

「We had a great stay at the Moxy in Chattanooga! Staff was extremely friendly, the bar had great (well made) drinks, and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. Clean, no overpowering hotel smells, and easy access to everything I needed during my stay. Convenient and within walking distance of a lot of attractions, food, activities and more. 「I reserved this room specifically for the jetted tub. The stopper to keep it from draining did not work, and it was leaking from the bottom which rendered it unusable. They gave me free parking and breakfast vouchers which I personally felt was insufficient to make up for it. Also, it was under renovation, which had things feeling a bit dangerous as one can imagine. I would like to emphasize that the staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. I am simply expressing my concerns about the property...
