「We went there for our Anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bedspread. It smelled like stinky feet. I discussed it with the front desk. I told her I didn't want to make waves. She said she would take care of it. The breakfast was delicious. We both had fruit and yogurt. I also had the cinnamon roll and coffee. My husband had biscuits and gravy and coffee. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest room. I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked...

「The room was filthy...cobwebs...carpet pulled away from the base boards. Dirty THIN throw for a bedspread. People are staying long term and I did not feel safe. No elevator...to get to the second floor you have to climb a big staircase. The air-conditioner/heater was missing the top cover. Just junky!! Never again!」

「There is no clear direction to the main entrance. I had difficulty getting checked in. Apparently I had to respond to a email prior arrival that I actually didn't get. So I could never get checked in. Also, they wouldn't let me cancel the booking because I didnt respond to that email. Had to book another hotel and had zero difficulty doing that.」
