「This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.」

「This is one of my favorite places to stay whenever I’m in Tyler, Texas. I don’t have to worry about much trouble or have any problems since I’ve been booking that hotel. staff is friendly convenient and on call whenever you need the guy to front desk always is always available.」
