8/10 Good
"I like room set up and it’s close by to UT Tyler. Reasonable rate and free breakfast parking. I would say not as impressed with the breakfast this visit. 8am No pastries (empty) and sliced bread selection wasn’t great found some mold on wheat loaf in drawer of choices. Also the staff member at desk for check in was probably in training but she talked too softly and just not a good greeter for a hotel. Also issues with phone call to confirm reservation again employee struggled to find my name even when I spelled it for her I had to talk to someone else for them to find it. Overall it’s still a good place for a one night trav stay. Thanks"

"Awesome except the toilets were too low. An older person would have a lot of problems getting up and down from that toilet."
