「The room was clean but there was a very strong marijuana odor outside the rooms. Also, the front desk called the room to, very rudely, tell us only two people were allowed in the room. We were there for a funeral and were trying to be with family. They weren’t staying the night, just visiting, but it was a surprise and just didn’t sit well with us; it felt like we were being constantly being watched. 」

「The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was safe although near a busy intersection so rather noisy. The staff were sweet, courteous and genuine. I recommend the hotel heartily though it is not a luxurious or expensive sort of hotel. It’s SAFE for a solo traveler. 」

「My wife and I took an overnight trip to Tyler and chose this hotel for its convenient location and solid reputation. The front desk staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hotel offered good amenities and was clean and secure overall.However, when we arrived at our room, we found the door slightly ajar, which immediately made me uneasy—I wasn’t sure if someone was still inside or if the room had been broken into. The door frame also had noticeable pry marks on it....

「Had to leave a cash deposit and check in. Mine was $20 but it looks like for most it is $100. Actually went to the room and checked it when I checked out to make sure I didn't do anything bad before they gave me my $20 back. The facility is really run down and not taken care of at all. The area and lobby are full of junk that looks like an ebay staging area.」
