「Rooms were clean and the location was quiet and peaceful」

「Could not get the TV to work, even after they came to help. Was not able to watch TV the 4 days we were there.」

「Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. 「Nikki was outstanding! We had a large group with 5 rooms and she made sure we were all on the same floor and happy with our rooms. She was very friendly and personable. We enjoyed her upbeat personality and her eagerness to make sure we were happy with our stay.」

「The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The property was a bit suspect and made ya rethink staying. Of course ya get what ya paid for and nothing more. There was some lady fighting at the back of the property when we were going to our room lol the room had a few bugs crawl across the floor which hubby killed. Very noisy from the other rooms. Paper thin walls, windows and ceiling apparently. Not sure I would stay there again if given the choice but adequate for a quick overnight...

「Breakfast was great for this vegetarian and vegans in our party. Staff was very helpful and curious. However, the room was rather small for the price.」

「Clean, spacious rooms, and excellent water pressure in the shower. Thermostat didn't hold temp as tight as I'd like and the breakfast was discount hotel bland, but hard to beat for the price.」

「The shower had mold. The door to bathroom would not shut all the way. There is a small patch of grass they have labelled for “dogs”.」

「Our toilet handle was broken but functional. Bad on me that I forgot to report but I bet housekeeper flushes every day. Clean and quiet. GPS had a hard time getting us there. It’s on a dead end road.」
