「Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. Had to come out to the room to call front desk and their phone didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and had to wait soaking wet until they...

「Went for the hot tub called before we went said yes it was working to only get there and they say that it was dirty. On top of no hot water in our room. The hallways smell like mold. Cats walking all over people vechiles」

「Staff was friendly. Every day I came back to a clean room and fresh towels . I was staying here for work and over all it's was great」

「I like to stay at holiday inn when there aren’t many options in a town, but this particular location was the worst. The staff is so rude and racist, no matter who it is. The room was ok, bed gave me a backache. Breakfast is meh.」
