The location is close proximity to Susukino, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and many restaurants. The room was huge and comfortable. Great price overall. My two suggestions for a better experience: 1. the staff at front desk should at least be available from 8am-10pm in case we have questions and needed guidance. 2. Housekeeping every four days is acceptable. But, at least come around and pickup the garbage every day. Aside from this, it was a wonderful stay at this property.

She must have been a grand lady once. Rooms are very much showing their age but were still very nice. A beautiful hotel with large rooms, great ocean view and I loved the retro look and feel of the furnishings, a flash back to when grand hotels were luxurious with a European taste. It is further away from downtown though having the Aeon mall and grocery attached can be convenient. Parking garage was convenient.

Great experience

Only stayed over night due to an unplanned stop in Sapporo and didn't have time to check out everything. The room looked clean. Was able to upgrade from a standard double to twin for 2000 yen. I like the face that amenities are available in the lobby to pick up target getting placed in hotel rooms. Pyjamas provided. Free water next to the lists. Location excellent. Was able to get a queits night sleep. Did not try out breakfast, did not try our the public bath on offer as I was in a hurry to leave the next day.
