「We had an absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, and communication throughout was great. It was absolutely perfect for our short two-night stay. We managed to do so much in those two days, and it was lovely to come back each evening to such a comfortable and welcoming space. 「The hotel is nice in the very good location. The room was spacious It was very hard to find, because hotel doesn’t have its name displayed in a form that can be seen. I found it very inconsiderate to customers as I had to walk back and forth on the street with luggage and it was stressful. My room wasn’t ready at 2pm and although 3pm is official check in time, most hotels would have it ready 」

The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.」

「This is the perfect place to stay in the old town Krakow. Dining and shopping only steps away. Hotel is extremely clean and staff is wonderful and very helpful with any questions or arrangements. Easy pick up location for tours which is a plus with early morning starts. The food and associated restaurants are wonderful.The welcome and departing gifts were a pleasant surprise. 「A really nice apartment near the old town. A short walk to all the tourist sites, restaurants and the train station. check-in process was straight forward to do on our own, since we where arriving late. The train station was great to get to and from the airport and to the salt mine. It also had a shopping complex which was open late into the night, so you felt very safe for tourist using the train while we where there.」
