「After checking out, I realized that I was supposed to be offered two complimentary drinks from the bar. This was never said to me by anyone while I was checking in to the hotel」

「We stayed two nights at this place.there was one night it was very noisy outside of our door , sounds some people are standing near our door in the hallway and talking and laughing so loud, it kept about couple hours and it was late night. I couldn’t sleep and called front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do. It was so bad experience.」

「Location, location, location! Right in the middle of Georgetown with access to shopping and dining! Easy walk to Foggy Bottom and the metro. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「I travel for business all the time, and I absolutely loved this hotel. My room was an apartment with a full kitchen. It was clean. The service was great. And they have the best rooftop hangout. It has loungers with fireplaces and a hot tub. I would definitely go back.」
