「Clean room and great service」

「I accidentally left my credit card in the room this morning when check out and informed the hotel staff right away. They responded very quickly, located the card, and arranged to mail it back to me as I was already traveling. Special thanks to Maggie for her professional and helpfulness. Excellent service and much appreciated.」

「The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.」
