"I would stay again"

"Never been to Hilton honors property where they tell you test the key (physical or digital) doesn’t work because the battery on the door is dead. That sounds absolutely ridiculous, then say I can let you in but you won’t be able to leave. WHAT?! Then only when I call honors customer service and wait 2 hours they call and get it fixed miraculously. Wow, but then lie on the computer and say they offered me a refund no the heck you didn’t. Horrible customer service they are liars and told me a manager would call about my refund. You think they did? NO"

"The hallway smells. Some of the staff need to go on training especially the front desk staff. I cannot imagine a worker sitting in a vehicle operating her cell phone, and watching customers wondering or looking for someone to help them. That kind of mind set does not help a business to grow. Of course with that kind of treatment, I am not coming back to that hotel neither will I recommend it for any one. Lack of kind word, so disrespectful. I almost recorded the scene with intent of sending it to the upper management, it was grossly below standard."

"Location is isolated and mostly just liquor stores around. Walls and floors are thin. Food was overcooked. Satellite TV channels were few and struggled to get a picture. Extremely overpriced. Nothing like other Sleep Inn properties I have been to. It felt more like a motel 6 with Sleep Inn branding. I would not recommend. "

"I recently stayed at this location and was quite concerned regarding a number of issues. Despite calling ahead to notify the hotel of a late check in, we were informed upon arrival that a confirmed reservation for members of our group was cancelled, leaving a family with a sick toddler without a room at night in an unfamiliar area. Additional concerns included the fact that another guest was issued a key to a room that was already occupied (serious safety issue), appropriate room service was not available for an extended period of time, and many of the amenities were non-functional or worked very poorly. What was most discouraging was that the staff showed no accountability or remorse and there was no way to escalate the situation over the weekend. There were several other hotels in the area with more helpful staff, better amenities, and similar price points so I definitely would not recommend staying here."
