"The female Staff was on the phone the entire time and rushed my Check In process. An hour after I checked in, I noticed a washcloth with blood on it and I let her know what the front desk and she told me that I must’ve done that. I explained that I just needed some washcloth and a towel and she told me to wait until the morning since I already use some. I told her that was unacceptable and I began raising my voice and getting upset and that’s when she told me that she would go into her sneaker stash to give me an extra wash bowl "

That sounds absolutely ridiculous, then say I can let you in but you won’t be able to leave. WHAT?! Then only when I call honors customer service and wait 2 hours they call and get it fixed miraculously. Wow, but then lie on the computer and say they offered me a refund no the heck you didn’t. Horrible customer service they are liars and told me a manager would call about my refund. You think they did? NO"
