Land of Slaves!!! Home of the Cowards!!!

Some employees are good and empathetic but when it comes to Management there's no empathy and they are only concerned about the money and overpriced for less quality!!! They put out elders who fought for this country and deserve the BEST service this country has to offer!!!

Kind of smelled like smoke a bit (but not really that much of an issue). One of the elevators was on its last leg. My keycard stopped working halfway through my stay for some reason and it took a while to get it fixed because there was nobody present at the front desk for a bit. My room was decent. The bed was great. The shower curtain was falling apart, but the shower itself and the rest of the bathroom was in great shape. The AC worked beautifully, and there weren’t any other issues with the room itself. I loved the location of the hotel because it was really close to a metro stop, very convenient for me.

This hotel & surrounding area have seen better day

I needed a quick room for the night and my budget was stretched a bit thin so I went for this. The pictures do TOO much justice to this property. The good: The room, itself was clean. The staff that I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The bad: I did not feel safe on the hotel property. There were also some shady characters hanging out in the hallway, and it appeared that there were quite a few people who actually lived in the hotel--I parked where I could see my car from my hotel room and stayed in my room with every lock on the door bolted.

The property is in disrepair, our room in particular, the tv remote control was being held together with tape, the clothes rack was hanging on by a thread. The lamps all had problems with the knobs. The bathroom outlet had a hole above it. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, last but not least our comforter had a huge tear in it and a fresh stain. ( not sure what) it was disgusting. Asked for another cover, they were unable to provide one, because the front desk does not have access to the laundry room. Poor service all around.

Poor experience, got room 152 after cooling for over an hour, found microwave didn’t work. Asked desk if we could swap them out, nope, had to switch rooms. Moved everything to 160, AC worked for 10 mins & stopped, headboard falling off wall towards bed. Moved back to 152, where the AC worked, room had holes in walls, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, toilet wouldn’t fill with water, had to continually add water with ice bucket to tank. Will never stay again, doing a 2 week road trip & this was by far the worst hotel. I rarely do hotel reviews, but this one was bad. If renting, do a thorough check to make sure everything works. Did have breakfast, waffle station, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice/coffee, which was decent & ice machine worked.

The room appears clean but smells horribly like moth balls. The heating unit on the wall has no buttons. It blinks and refers to a wall thermostat but there is none so we can’t adjust the temperature of the room. The TV remote has 1 battery and requires 2. The bedding has been washed, but has darker stains on the white bed sheets. Thankfully, we will be leaving very early in the morning.
