「Excelente atención de todo el personal, el hotel es cómodo, limpio, seguro y bien ubicado, si usas auto. La única remendacion es que restrinjan a una hora prudente en la noche, el uso de la terraza y las áreas comunes porque se escucha todo el movimiento y ruidos en la habitaciónes. 」

「Really cute place. My GPS took me to a blue house next to it but they came out to get me to the right place. They really need a sign. The pool is actually at another place across the street but because of a really heavy rain storm, I did not use it. Great, secure parking but let them know if you need to leave early. The place was clean and a great vibe. The people were so nice. Higly recommend and will be back when in that area.」

「The room I reserved was very spacious and roomy. Are room was cleaned every day by the maids. It was left spotless for us plus enough towels and beach towels we had for every day use. The staff were amazing. They were very nice and attentive to all of us. We were a total of 5 guest. But the view of this boutique was breath taking. 」

「Excellent stay in Bacalar. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the pool is great, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The front desk gave us great recommendations for activities. Having bicycles available was super convenient. The location is perfect, right near everything. We nearly booked a much more expensive hotel outside of town and are so glad we didn’t. Staying here was far more convenient and enjoyable. Will be back for sure. 」

「One of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. Amazing jungle setting, super cool rooms with amazing decor, romantic lighting, thatch walls, outdoor shower, awesome plunge pool at the front door. We loved the cats everywhere, the open air reception lounge, awesome, friendly staff and beautiful lagoon. This place was like a super cool, semi fancy Gilligans island. If you like boring, beige, generic hotel chains, don’t come here. 」

「There is no onsite parking even though it says there is. We parked on the street. Room clean. Bathroom nice. Lots of hot water. Free water, coffee, tea in common area. Cute little welcome basket of Mexican candy. Cute and artsy. 」
