The hotel itself is faultless, it's a new building with very new clean amenities. Unfortunately the running of it has issues. There was no concierge who was in touch prior to our arrival as is standard. The room fob constantly had issues, longest we had to wait was a few minutes to simply enter our room.
Conflicting instructions regarding toilet paper disposal in the bathroom. Non-maintained life jackets which meant most of them were covered in mould. Breakfast included was extremely basic and if you add on anything which would be 100 extra pesos they'd charge the entire meal. 3 days the eggs were so over salted we couldn't eat on top of having to wait easily up to 45 minutes for breakfast. Requested room service once and our food was brought in installments without cutlery. I think the staff needs more training as the potential of the hotel is definitely there but things like management really let down the whole experience.
Lastly please get an engineer to fix the WiFi, we had to keep forgetting and rejoining the WiFi every time we lost signal or left the building which was incredibly irritating.
