I wish I had gone earlier in the day to have enough time to visit and pray in all the churches. The Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is right next to 5 other churches & I recommend you go into all of them!
Go early or it will be packed! Hourly service

Try getting there early morning and avoid big crowds Beware of pickpocketing If you’re buying souvenirs double check prices inside Basílica and stores in front. You’ll find some articles are cheaper in price at Basílica store rather than out in stores across the street.
It amazes me how the old basilica of Guadalupe is sinking over the years, when you step inside you can feel it, It gives you like a vertigo sensation. You'll see hundreds of people coming from all over the world.They have a mass every hour at the new basilica.
