"Property seems in update. Our building not updated yet. Pullout mattress was horrible. King bed mattress not much better. Door handle to bathroom broken. Nice staff. Pools good but limited food options. 3 out of 5."

"This hotel's restaurant is misrepresented. It was a haphazard pool bar masquerading as a hotel restaurant, with non-existent service. The beds were uncomfortable too. "

"This hotel does not deserve the rating it has on hotels.com. The room entrances are from the outside like a motel and our door had a gap at the bottom that you could see to the outside. There was a roach crawling on the chaise lounge in our room. The rooms seemed to be very clean though. The breakfast should not be advertised as they only have waffle batter, yogurt, cereal and a few breads. We went to breakfast an hour and 20mins b/f it was over and there was no waffle batter left, no juice, no coffee, no yogurt. There was no one working the area and a lot of upset guests. When the front desk gal was asked about refilling the breakfast she said she was the only one there and she couldn't do anything about it. You can't advertise that your hotel stay comes with breakfast when you don't provide breakfast. They do not provide any eggs or meats ever so it was very poor especially for the rate they charge per night. I would not recommend staying here."

"The resort is beautiful, well kept grounds. The pool areas are nice. It seems like you need to get to the pool early! Towels are out on chairs by 8:00 am and we could never get a chair at the main pool. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would stay here again. "

"Terrible experience. Our first night of sleep was destroyed by a party that started in the room next door with 20+ people at 10:30 pm. After multiple calls to the front desk (by us and other guests) and several attempts by security, the situation was finally resolved several hours later. The second night, we were woken up in the middle of the night by a loud barking dog. For the price of this resort, they should have a much better handle on disruptions to guests’ sleep. I discussed our horrible experience with a manager and was given a very small discount. Super frustrating. Would not recommend staying here. "
