「The Hotel is an older hotel but it is in great condition. We found it to be charming, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, i have no complaints. I would stay here again. My only complaint was the lighting in the halls was dark.」

We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . 「Very upscale hotel and room had a beautiful view of the Detroit River. Front desk allowed me to check-in early so that was nice of them. Housekeeping didn't clean on the weekend and I was told it was standard practice to save on resources. While I understand that and didn't need daily housekeeping, it would've been better if I was told that in advance (or if the room had a sign / card indicating that). Rooftop bar is also very nice and there's also a decent sized pool and gym in the basement.」
