We checked in 6/28 - had to wait over 30 minutes for our room which was not properly cleaned. After complaining we were moved to another room which was not what we reserved but “no other availability”. After asking if that was ready and being told it was double inspected. 「Air conditioner made such horrible noises was unable to get a good nights sleep. Tried adjusting it several times, but it still was very noisy. Floors in room were very slippery but navigable. Staff was outstanding and very friendly. Outside pool was clean and comfortable. Especially liked walk in feature. Did not utilize any other accommodations. If it wasn’t for the air conditioners constant noise, would have been comfortable stay.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」
