「The staff is very professional and caring and the general facility is acceptable. However , can you consider loaning towels for the beach. My one disappointment is the road conditions just outside the hotel. The potholes are so large and numerous that the cars cannot evade them. In fact my driver had a flat tire on account of driving into one of the holes. He did not see it. The front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it.」
