Excellent walking trails with great views. Main house is reminiscent of grand stately property house. Cottages and rooms are excellent - simple, chic, clean, new and elegant

The professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness of the staff at reception,in the dining ro and other areas of the facility; the tour guides were also very knowledgeable. Special mention must be made of Crystal Gordon who guided us to the facility from Demerara Road and ensured that we were comfortable during our stay. Lorna, Natasha, Indira and Keyanna in the dining room gave exceptional service. The meals were well balanced. The ambience and quietude of the facility lent themselves to our having a very satisfying respite from the noise of the world outside the facility.

The staff were very helpful and were willing to engage you on topics related to the facility as well the various birds and other animals that are part of the estate. the staff assigned to the main house and the dining facilities were also friendly and helpful. They were proud to highlight the various meals that were on offer and to discuss the local content in the preparation of the meals. My 2 grandchildren who came on a day pass were super excited to explore the various trails especially the ones leading to the pools, where they had a ball bathing in the pools and the walk-through nature. My granddaughter is a picky eater, and the dining room staff were all too willing to assist in ensuring she had something to eat she enjoyed.

The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness.
