Decent enough hotel. Improvements and repairs are needed. Room was clean but it's time for a new batch of bedding (few stains here and there). Good location near airport. Staff was friendly.

The room was not only boxy and small, but there was not much toiletries, there was a sewage smell, the sheets were thin, and the towels looked like they belong in the 1920’s. The staff was UNHELPFUL, lazy, and carefree with attitude. I asked for no room service one day of 5 days I stayed and they never came ANY days. I had to ask for toilet paper, more towels, extra sheets and I had to take my garbage out myself! I along with my friends went to have dinner in the dining area. And there was staff laying on the couch in the dark. He whispered that the dining hall is closed and then proceeds to say nevermind when I asked what he said. And don’t get me started on asking for a fork. These people told me the kitchen was closed. So I had my fried rice and potato salad with my hands. If you just need a place to stay, and rest your head, then great but don’t expect anything more. The owner has like 15 shuttle cars all parked with one bumboooooclat driver, that I always seemed to miss! So much potential in this place. But that staff needs to be replaced.

Very disappointed with the service and the refunding process. Had to make multiple calls to get a refund and was still charged for the night after being downgraded to a smaller room. The room and hallway had a strong sewer scent upon arrival which was a big health concern for me.

The hotel had signs up saying no visitors to rooms, so it gives you an idea of the calibre of the place. The hotel doesn't look like a hotel, it looks grubby and uninviting. It has a sign saying please wash your hands before entering but there is no soap in the dispenser. The rooms are grim, and face a passageway both sides. I walked into the room which was open and had water splashed on the floor. The hotel staff were disinterested and sulky. The bed and linen were fine though.

The room was fairly decent and served its purpose for the one night we stayed. However, the bathroom was quite small in my opinion and could have been a bit more tidy. Also, I’m not sure if it was a general sewage issue in the area, but there was a very strong sewage smell that was quite pungent and irritated our sinuses during the few hours we were there. Other than that, the staff was very courteous, and the shuttle service was accommodating and convenient.

Clean room, decorated nicely. Spacious and bright. Ac was awesome. The team had it turned on prior so walking in was a blessing. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. The free shuttle is a huge plus alongside the checkout time. Kudos for anticipating needs. The team at the airport who called the shuttle were also a credit to the tourism product.

Emplacement de l’hôtel proche aéroport et pratique d’accès. Personnel très accueillant, chambres propres et lit agréable. Mais demande une chambre loin de la réception. C’est très bruyant sinon. La piscine devrait aussi être nettoyer, mais je ne sais pas si elle sert souvent. Attention d’avoir du cash. Car sinon il faut payer un minimum de 15 US$ si paiement CB.

We stayed for 1 night, but in the beginning of our stay we had to change our room three times. First room the floors were wet and previous guests left clothes and beers in the room. Second room, the a/c was leaking and there was a puddle in the room. Third room was okay but the beds are HARD. You can slap the bed and hear a hard noise. That’s how hard it is. But overall it’s an ok stay. Customer service was nice and responsive. Airport shuttle service was great.

The Good ​Helpful Staff: The staff members were very friendly and assisted us as much as they could during our stay. ​Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the room itself was clean and well-maintained. ​Areas for Improvement ​Room Setup & Amenities: Although we booked for four people, the room was only stocked with two towels and three pillows. The space was also quite small for a group of our size. ​Housekeeping Details: We found a leftover drink in the fridge from a previous guest, and there was a noticeable scent in the room (though it seemed to emanate from outside). ​Maintenance: The pool area needed better morning maintenance; it was still dirty from the night before when we went to use it the next day. ​Billing Communication: I received a receipt for a higher amount than what was originally booked and paid for. I sent an email to address this discrepancy, but never received a response. ​Suggestions for Management ​The room would benefit greatly from a few basic additions to improve the guest experience: ​Kitchenette Essentials: Adding a microwave and a kettle would be very helpful. ​Dining Basics: Providing basic teacups or mugs in the room would be a great touch for families.
