From check-in to check out we had a wonderful experience at the BRIX hotel. Very beautiful property, staff was friendly and kind. The food was very good and you can definitely taste the freshness of the food. Definitely recommend the BRIX Hotel.Shuttle driver was very professional and friendly. This hotel has a lot going for it: very clean, seamless self-parking, and spacious, well-maintained rooms. However, a major flaw affected our entire week-long stay. We booked a package for two guests for seven nights, yet the "complimentary breakfast" was only provided for one person. Having to pay extra $30 USD daily for my partner's breakfast after such a substantial booking felt unreasonable and frankly, cheap. We've never experienced this before. The bones of a great hotel are here, but this policy makes it poor value for couples.
