「Lovely hotel with helpful staff when on site. My only issue was, my arrival was delayed due to factors out of my control. I had called the hotel twice to let them know that I would not be arriving as expected and therefore to please not no show me. I was told that it would be noted in my arrival, but even with alerting the staff, I was still “ no showed. “ They were able to overturn this, but caused a hassle and delay at checking」

「The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. 」
